1. Master The Basics Foundational Training
Your Franchise starts here.
Boiler Repair Accelerated Training is carried out online. This course is your first step in learning about gas and electric boilers and understanding boiler repair, parts replacement and diagnostics.
You are going to be amazed with this online training. And remember with lifetime access you can go back over it again and again to retain the knowledge you have learnt.

2. Classroom Training
Level 3 Fundamentals of Boiler Repair
You will spend 3-days in our reality classroom. This includes reviewing our online training and what you have learnt from this.
We will review:
- Operation of a combi boiler
- Differences between the primary water system and the domestic hot water system inside the boiler
- Learn what parts are connected to the primary water system, and which to the hot water system
- Operation in central heating mode and hot water mode of the combi boiler
- The processes to change parts in the primary system and the domestic hot water system
- The correct procedure for draining and refilling combi boilers
- Part familiarisation and functionality
- Hands on boiler diagnostic and repair scenarios
3. Real World Boiler Repair, Coaching and Mentoring
You now put your skills to the test by working on appliances in the customer’s home. But don’t worry – for the next two to three weeks you’ll have Coach Tony Morgan with you, coaching and mentoring you throughout all the jobs you go to.
4. Short Term Employment with A+R, working on your own for 4 months
For four months you will be working in Manchester. In the final month we will start implementing your Marketing Package as described in the A+R Marketing Video, ready to start your own A+R Boiler Franchise.
During your short term employment you will be paid £2,000 per month.
You’ll be supported with both face-to-face and remote coaching from Coach Tony Morgan, plus you’ll always have access to the Master The Basics Online Training.
Note: You will have to apply for your own Gas Safe Registration number at least six weeks before you start your Franchise Business.
5. Starting Your Own Franchise Business
By the last month of your short term employment we will be preparing for your return to your local area. During this final month you will start implementing the strategies laid out in your A+R Marketing Video.
Your A+R Franchise and branding will accelerate your business growth – what normally takes six years will now take you about two years.
We support you every step of the way when you’re setting up your new business. With all the superior training, planning and strategies, your business will hit the ground running.

Remember – as you’re going to be paid £8,000 before tax and insurance for the four months Short Term Employment, your final investment to launch your business will only be approx £3,700.
